Tania Payne has spent many years working on both residential and commercial interior design projects and has been asked by clients to oversee the purchase, re-design and sale of investment properties.  Tania has a strong architectural eye and believes in playing to the bones of a building using her interiors to create beautiful and comfortable spaces for her clients.

Tania enjoys incorporating old and new pieces into her schemes, using colour and texture to build a story for each room and working closely with the client to create their dream homes.With the ever increasing expansion of the interior product market Tania is able to create interiors using high street brands creatively,  marrying them with more bespoke items to create a high end look. 

Tania has worked on a diversity of projects from the Award Winning Butcher HG Walters which she was instrumental in rebranding to a family finca in ibiza as well as Central London residential and commercial projects. She has achieved the highest price per squared foot in two Central London post codes.
